Though originally built under the direct supervision of DARPA, this project is now in public domain.

This browser-style information system was designed to embrace cross-platform system independent problem solving and design management. It included a variety of viewers, including this 3d viewer, and a hierarchical navigation system as seen on the left.

The flowcharting view allowed a user to run simulations with data sets from incompatible platforms or applications. It was attached to a complex database built by Lockheed-Martin and used CORBA to allow distributed teams of engineers and managers to problem solve during the design process.
